Who we are

At Droxi, we’re improving the medical world by solving one of healthcare’s biggest headaches—EHR inbox overload. Our AI-powered solution is like the ultimate assistant, taking care of the tedious stuff so healthcare providers can get back to what they love: practicing medicine. We’re working on something that truly makes a difference. If you’re passionate about healthcare and tech, you’ll love what we’re building here.

What you will do

As a Medical Customer Success, you'll play a critical role in guiding healthcare providers, like physicians and clinical staff, through their journey with Droxi’s AI-powered solution. You'll focus on creating a seamless onboarding experience, fostering trust, and ensuring they are confident using our technology. This role requires deep familiarity with the healthcare environment, and ideally, experience working as a healthcare professional (NP, PA, RN or similar) for 5+ years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead physicians and clinical staff through the onboarding process, offering hands-on support to facilitate smooth adoption of our solution. Be their go-to guide as they explore and integrate our technology into their daily workflow.
• Travel to meet with customers face-to-face across the United States.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with healthcare providers, demonstrating how Droxi can streamline their tasks, improve patient care, and enhance their daily routines.
• Assist providers with technical challenges, proactively address issues, and help them maximize the solution’s benefits to their practice.
• Provide knowledgeable insights into EHR systems, including a thorough understanding of their benefits and limitations. Familiarity with the Athena system is a strong plus.
• Collect and relay valuable feedback from providers, working with our internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting (NP, PA, RN or similar) with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and patient workflows.
• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to support and guide healthcare providers.
• Top 1% problem-solving skills with a knack for addressing technical issues in real time.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, ideally including Athena, and a desire to help providers improve their workflow.
• Flexibility to travel to various provider locations across the US as needed and adapt to a dynamic startup environment (travel 25-50%).

Why you will love it here

We believe in taking care of our people, and we’re committed to ensuring that everyone is happy and fulfilled in their work.
