What you will do

As the Director of Strategic Alliances, your role is all about making connections and creating meaningful, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll find mutual interests with our partners and help enhance these relationships to unlock value for both sides. Your focus will be on engaging with key players in the healthcare space, particularly companies involved in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

This is not a sales position, but one that revolves around developing strong partnerships to drive growth and innovation. You’ll be working closely with strategic partners to ensure Droxi is aligned with their goals and needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners that align with Droxi's strategic goals
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop customized partnership strategies and programs
• Enhancing existing relationships with EHR system providers to create a collaborative ecosystem
• Leading joint initiatives such as marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to further Droxi’s mission through partner channels
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual benefit.

Who you are

You are a natural connector who thrives on building and nurturing meaningful relationships. You have an innate ability to find common ground and align the goals of both parties to achieve win-win outcomes. While not focused on direct sales, you understand how to foster relationships that open doors to long-term strategic value.
- Experience in healthcare systems or EHR platforms is a must—you have a deep understanding of the landscape, especially as it relates to EHR companies
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- Experience managing partnerships or alliances, ideally within healthcare or technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment
