What you will do

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion efforts, specifically focusing on our AI-powered solution for healthcare providers. In this role, you’ll act as an individual contributor, responsible for shaping and executing the regional strategy to help healthcare organizations streamline EHR inbox management. You'll be the primary link between Droxi and potential clients, ensuring they understand how our product can reduce administrative burden and allow them to focus on patient care.

Lead regional business strategy to drive growth, expanding our AI-powered EHR solution to healthcare providers and clinics.

Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare leaders, decision-makers, and influencers to create opportunities and maximize client satisfaction.

Identify market needs through ongoing research and analysis, leveraging insights to position Droxi’s product as the go-to solution for EHR inbox overload.

Generate revenue growth by developing targeted sales strategies, forming partnerships, and executing business development initiatives that align with healthcare providers' needs.

Ensure smooth regional operations and collaboration across teams, staying aligned with Droxi’s overall mission to improve efficiency and experience in healthcare.

Who you are

8+ years of senior sales or management experience in healthcare technology or solutions.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in healthcare or business management preferred.

Demonstrated success in selling to healthcare organizations, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in areas like EHR systems, clinical workflows, and AI-driven solutions.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for communicating complex technical solutions in a simple, compelling way.

You excel in fast-paced environments, easily adjusting strategies to meet the changing demands of the healthcare market.
